Our 3D name plaques are made in Brisbane, Australia and are available in a variety of colours, e.g. plain colours, glitters or even mirror finish. The name plaque consists of 3 different layers of acrylic to form a raised name on a background. We can make any name or even any quote or saying that you like.
The plaque has wall mounting fixtures on the back that allow the plaque to be removed from the wall if so desired. These mountings are wall and rental friendly. They can be removed from the wall at a later date should you decide to relocate the plaque to another wall or even a house. If you prefer to hang the plaque by a chain, we can add holes for the chain to go through (chain not provided).
The price depends on the number of letters in the name and includes up to 5 images surrounding the name. These images can include butterflies, flowers, trucks, dinosaurs, etc. The choice is yours. If we don't have the image shown, please ask us what you prefer.

A proof will be sent to you by text or email for approval prior to working on the plaque. At that stage, you are welcome to change the font or position of the image. Once approval is received, please allow 7 days for the making of the plaque. We will notify you when it is finished and ready for dispatch.

We use Australia Post standard post for all orders.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your item leaves us (within 48 hours of ordering).

Care for your tail / clothing just as you would a swimsuit.
Ensure you rinse your mermaid tail with cold tap water immediately after use to prevent it fading and stretching.
Swimmable Tails: Dry as soon as possible, lie tail flat in the shade. Do not hang your tail up by the top of the skin as it will stretch with the weight of the fin in the bottom.

If you are not 100% happy, you can exchange for another colour or size, or receive a refund.
Items must be returned to us in perfect, unworn condition.
Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser.
Missty Mermaid Tails reserves the right to inspect all items prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
